Q: 1967 Impala?
Anyone knows how many 67′ impala 4 door hardtops were made.. And if any are for sale anywhere???

Q: How much would a carb job be on a 1967 Impala?
I am looking at buying a 1967 Impala but the seller is telling me that it needs a carb job and a brake job.

How much do both usually run for? The car has a 327 engine.

Yes it is a Classic but its a Chevy and everybody has one… So I wouldn’t worry about parts. They well be kind of expensive but not really hard to find….
Anyway on to your question..
I have see them rebuilt for about $150.oo and up.. Brake job will be in or around $400.oo or less depending on if the drums can be turned or not..

Q: How difficult would it be to sell a 1967 Impala, that as of the present moment doesn’t run, on ebay?
I have a four door 1967 Impala that I have owned for about six years now. I got it when i was 14/15 and my plan was to start then and restore it with my father. Well, because of personal reasons, that never happened. It’s a great car and when I first got it, it ran fine. It has two noticable dents on the front fenders and a hole in the interior. I can’t really afford to sell it for less than 1000, but I am hoping to sell it for more. Any input on what’s the best methods? I’ve never sold on ebay, that’s why I’m asking. How would I do shipping for a car that doesn’t really run (if it runs it wouldn’t run well)?

A: You may be suprised at what someone will pay, if you don’t want anything less than $1000 start the bidding at that reserve and most of the ads will say that the buyer will pay for transporting, how they get the vehicle is their responsibility.

Its a 1967 Chevy Impala 4 door, black. Engine-283-8 cylinder. Around 50xxx miles on it. My question is how much would I be able to sell it for?

A: depends 100% on the condition in mint condition could be thousands if you find the right buyer otherwise as little as $500

A: There would be a ton of work and enormous sums of money involved in doing something like that. You are much better off sticking with a 2 door, which looks better anyway.

Okay, shoot me I read some JB ff stuff, and in almost every single one, they mention the JoBros with a 1967 Chevy Impala. The only thing that makes any sense to me, is that all the girls are like secretly Supernatural worshipers. So, is there any saneness behind the Impala? Or is it just all fanmade?

A: Well I do believe it is in the the Paranoid video and it looks a lot like Nick’s car but it isn’t, it is a dodge challenger (kudos to rolling stone magazine) His is an older version so it does look somewhat like the Impala. However some fans could just be saying it like you said or some could honestly not tell the difference between the Impala and the challenger

A: Back in the day the big Chevy’s shared the same basic body. The Caprice was a higher trim level than the Impala. They do the same thing today but instead of calling them Caprice’s and Impala’s the trim packages are referred to as LS or LT.

Q: Where can I buy a 1967 Chevrolet Impala, 4-door hardtop sedan, preferably black?
I’m looking for a 1967 Chevrolet Impala, 4-door hardtop sedan, preferably black. I’ve checked a lot of websites and am having trouble finding one. It doesn’t need to be in fantastic condition or anything since I plan to restore it if needed. I understand they’re really hard to find, so if anyone happens to read this and is selling one, that would be great help as well. Any help I can get would be GREATLY appreciated.

A: I’ve had a 67 4dr impala for about 14 years now and have thought about selling it many times over the years. I don’t drive it much any more but it runs well and has some some minor modifications done over the years ie: rebuilt engine, 283, bored 30 over, dual exhaust, 4barrel carb with performance intake. It has a 2 speed powerglide trans and Crager SS rims. I could give you more detail about anything and everything about the car if you want. It was painted medium blue metallic a 1968 GM color about 8 years ago and still looks good except for a little rust around the fender wells. Let me know if you are interested or would like more specific info. I get offers for the car every time I take it for a drive but would probably part with it for a reasonable price.

Q: What is the fuel ecconomy on a 1967 Impala?
The car I am asking about weighs about 3800 pounds and has a 283 cubic inch engine (4.6L) carburated. I was told it has pretty decent highway ecconomy but if anyonme has websites or knows that the MPG is on that car please let me know.

Q: Whats the difference between a 1967 impala Hardtop and a 1967 impala Sedan?
And if there is can a Sedan be converted into a hardtop?
But Can a Sedan 4 door with the pillar be converted into a hardtop without the pillars?
okay so the only difference is the Windows, both the same size and stuff? So if I converted the sedan it would make it a hardtop?

A: The hardtop version has no door posts or window frames. That goes for both the 2 door and 4 door models. As for the conversion…anythings possible if you’re got the time and money. Personally I wouldn’t want to try it. The differences may seem subtle from a visual viewpoint the engineering is radically different.

You’d need a donor car to obtain the all important center hinge posts as well as critical reinforcements. You’d also need the doors and glass. You’d have to do a lot of precision cutting, wielding and sheet metal fabrication. We’re talking a major undertaking in time and money. You’d be better off buying the origional…take my word for it.

Q: Difference between the hardtop and sedan models for the four door 1967 Impala?

A: On the hardtop there is no pillar between the doors, so if you roll down the windows you have one big opening.
